Salmon with Penne and white cheddar

Ok, the title I gave is a little fancier than the recipe, but hunger is the best spice and a full day of kayaking leaves us with a lot of hunger. Also, with 90 days of prepped food in our future, we feel ok fibbing ourselves a bit!

  • Smoked salmon
  • Annie’s white mac and cheese
  • Broccoli- fresh or dehydrated
  • Butter
  • Dehydrated milk

Cook broccoli with the noodles, drain and finish mac and cheese as directed with butter an milk. Break salmon into chunks and add to mac and cheese, wait a bit for the salmon to heat up and enjoy!
