We have three weeks left until we pack our boats the final time and head out. We have our route planned, food mostly organized, the last of our gear purchases are arriving, we started packing our house into storage and it’s all becoming very real! Today we spent the afternoon paddling in the beautiful Boston Harbor testing out our new custom spray skirts courtesy of SnapDragon. (Thank you!) Anna is using the Ocean Trek Flirt custom fit to her boat and with a shortened tube to accommodate her short body. I have a custom Glacier Trek Exp. My skirt has a breathable tube which I’m hoping will keep me a bit cooler. Anna opted to not have the breathable model since she’s usually cold and the neoprene tube is more durable. The custom work is exceptional, the skirts fit the cockpits of our boats perfectly. We’ll let you know how they stand up to 90 days of continuous use!
