For our Inside Passage trip we will be able to resupply in towns about every two weeks. That means we will carry food for about two weeks at a time in between stops. Jeremy and I have both spent years backpacking and traveling and have our own lists of favorite back country meals. We carry a mixture of shelf stable foods (fully cooked bacon, packaged chicken, rice, nuts, oatmeal, etc), dehydrated foods (milk, eggs, broccoli, strawberries, etc) and fresh food (hard cheese, cabbage, onions, carrots, peppers, etc). And lots of butter, olive oil and spices!
